What Must be in my Emissions Data Report?

What the Emissions Data Report must have:

  1. Facility identification (number, address, NAICS code, etc.)
  2. Geographic description of the facility location
  3. Name and contact info for the facility operator
  4. The report year
  5. Direct emissions, electricity transaction info, and other emissions data as described in § 95110-95115, including emissions occurring during maintenance, down time, or during repairs.
  6. Indirect energy consumed for electricity, heat, steam, and cooling when required for the facility as specified in § 95110-95115
  7. Efficiency metrics when required for the facility as specified in § 95110-95115
  8. The parent company of the operator, including:
    • A list of facilities and offices in CA owned or operated by that parent company or companies, either directly or through a subsidiary, that emit GHGs not for heating, regardless of whether the facility must report under the rules
    • Contact information for the above listed facilities
    • None of the above information must be verified
  9. Emissions factors. Emissions Factors may be provided via standard factors supplied under the regulations, or provided via source tests as per 95125(b)(4) (methane and N2O) or 95125(h)(3) (CO2 from biomass, waste derived, or solid municipal waste facilities).
  10. A signed and dated statement provided by the operator that the report is accurate
